The product and billing

Business Analysis costs $49 USD once and delivers one automated analysis and report of one confirmed input snapshot. Review and correct inputs before payment. Reopening or downloading the delivered report does not generate a new analysis. New or changed inputs require another purchase or an active Pro subscription. Processing failures and retries of the same submission do not require another payment.

Outcome Zero Pro costs $79 USD per month for unlimited analyses of one business while the subscription is active and paid. It renews automatically each month until canceled. Cancel in Business Analysis → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Payment failures can suspend new generations until payment is resolved. Completed reports remain readable and downloadable after cancellation, subject to account deletion and service availability.

File, record, and storage-size limits shown before submission apply to both plans. Unlimited means no monthly generation count limit for normal use by one business; automated abuse and attempts to bypass security are prohibited. Analyses are calculated from supplied data, not human consultations or guarantees. Missing data limits coverage. Existing Deep Scan purchases retain their originally included tools and access.

Your inputs and decisions

Provide figures you are authorized to use, review them for accuracy and inspect the model assumptions. Reports do not account for every business obligation. Obtain appropriate professional help for decisions that require it. The illustrative risk score uses a rule-based calculation and must not be presented as a validated risk or credit rating.

Access and copies

New purchases are linked to your signed-in account. Save a downloaded copy of each report. The following recovery-code rules apply to earlier Deep Scan purchases: keep your recovery code private. Anyone holding that code can access the report and add outcome check-ins. Your original decision and forecast are fixed once recorded; outcome corrections create new dated versions. Export your Deep Scan and history for your records. Online availability may be interrupted; contact support if you cannot access a purchase. No perpetual hosting commitment is included.

Appropriate use

You may use and share your own purchased report for your business planning. Do not attempt to access someone else's report, abuse the service, or present the hypothetical results as guaranteed outcomes.

Experimental prediction tools

Cash and revenue estimates need 12–60 consecutive completed monthly records ending before the review month. Annual seasonality is considered with at least 24 months. Ranges reflect historical errors, not calibrated confidence intervals. Late-payment estimates need 30 settled invoices overall and 5 for a customer, with payment dates. Incomplete or outdated records can prevent estimates. Results are not independently validated or guaranteed.

Tax amounts are not calculated automatically. Include historical tax cash payments and add known extra future payments without double counting. Bank and accounting connections are not included. Input and report delivery size limits still apply.
