Delivery and recovery
After payment, return to the report page and open your report with the recovery code saved before checkout. If payment is still processing, wait and check again. Keep a printed or saved copy of your report. The recovery code restores your purchased baseline, recorded decision and outcome history from private storage. Keep it secret: anyone holding it can read the report and add outcome check-ins. You can export the Deep Scan and ledger.
Lost your code or paid without receiving access? Email support with the checkout email, purchase date, and Stripe receipt or transaction reference. Do not send your card number, password, or business financial figures. We will investigate the purchase before restoring access.
Refund requests
If delivery fails, you were charged twice, or the report does not match the described product, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the problem, including a refund where appropriate. Include your receipt reference and a short explanation. We do not guarantee business results or a particular financial outcome.
