Your six business inputs are calculated in your browser. The preview does not send those figures to our server. Vercel hosts the website and may process standard request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure it.
Purchasing a report
When you prepare checkout, your browser stores your inputs and private recovery code locally. After you confirm the storage notice, we send the six inputs to our server and store the generated report and a Stripe Checkout session identifier in private Vercel Blob storage. This enables payment verification and report recovery. We use a hash of your recovery code as the lookup identifier.
Stripe processes your payment and information you enter at checkout. We do not collect or store your full card details in the Outcome Zero app. Stripe sends payment events to our server. Financial inputs from the stress test are not included in Stripe payment metadata.
Customer accounts
Optional email-based accounts are managed by Clerk, which processes your sign-in information and uses authentication cookies. Outcome Zero verifies your login on the server. If you link a purchased report, we store a reference under a hashed account identifier in private Vercel storage. The recovery code remains valid. Request account or report deletion through support; these are separate from clearing browser data.
Decision ledger and outcomes
When you record a paid Deep Scan, we store your decision context, original belief, confidence, numerical assumptions, calculated forecast and measurement date in private Vercel storage. Original forecasts cannot be overwritten. Outcome check-ins are stored as new dated versions, including corrections. The latest version is used for descriptive history. Linking reports to an account allows comparisons across up to 50 linked decisions; a fingerprint is not shown until five comparable completed outcomes exist.
Legacy browser decision journal
Decision comparisons, notes and saved plans stay in your browser's local storage. They are not synchronized to other devices. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to see them. Exported journals include your business figures; keep the files private. Clearing site data removes local plans and saved recovery information.
Access and retention
The recovery code grants access to your purchased report and allows outcome check-ins. Keep it secret. Server reports currently have no automatic deletion schedule and remain stored for recovery until manually removed. Email support to request deletion or ask about stored information. We verify ownership before acting. Deletion of a report prevents later recovery; transaction records held by Stripe are managed separately.
Outcome Zero does not add advertising trackers or send your figures to an AI model. Vercel and Stripe process data to provide hosting, storage and payments under their own privacy practices.
